MiLB First Pitch App Reviews

Started out as a great app then destroyed by the ads. Its a poor thing that every time the app is opened that an ad pops up, but what often makes the app useless is the endless looping of the same ad. You would think with that much advertising they could hire decent programmers!

This app is informative a bit cumbersome at times but the usefulness is greatly diminished by the suspicious ads, which are beyond overwhelming. It would be better to offer a paid version without ads.

This app is un-usable with rampant pop-up and re-direct adds. Cannot navigate from one touch to the next without immediate interruption and re-direct to app store. Also, adds cancel out use of Gameday Audio.

This was a wonderful app. Then they decided to make you watch ads. Now it no longer functions. This is what an app looks like strung out on meth.

Every few seconds it kicks me out of the app and sends me to the App Store.

Based on other reviews, pretty sure the MILB app caught the App Ad Virus in the name of the all mighty dollar. And the developer refuses to take medication to cure these annoying ads. I think the 2016 baseball season will be the last for many users that have are now sick and tired of the App Ad Virus. Cannot hit the little x to delete fast enough.

If you love minor league baseball this is your site. It has everything. All the teams. If you want streaming tv. Paid of course but very reasonable. Streaming radio amazing.

I cant wait for them to get support on Roku and Xbox, kinda stinks being limited to my phone

Offseason leagues need added to be able to track prospects year round. The iPad support is still terrible no way of reading news or watching videos of just the affiliates you follow. The layout of the iPad app is nice just like mlb atbat. Apple Watch support would be nice. Can we please get a hide score option. The banner across the bottom needs to go. Also need GCL teams added. Milb.tv support for apple tv.

Does what I need it to flawlessly so far. 20 second ads for 5 seconds of video is a bit ridiculous but I didnt download it for videos. All I wanted was the notifications during games so Im happy for now.

Nice working app. I wish I could add multiple favorite teams through AAA and AA. Wish they could add other leagues as well and player searches.

Picked my favourite team and had a live box score in no time!

This app is the best! I can follow all the yankees minor league teams and you have endless access to stats! Thank you so much! I love it!

Only AAA and AA, you cant choose favorite teams across levels, you cant search by affiliate team. Lots of work to do here

Very annoying.

If you dont, you probably dont have it anyway. I follow the minors very closely. As a Cubs fan, its the only thing that got me through 2011-2014 ;) And while it has its minor flaws, as does every app, its a great reference for minor league stats and games. What really makes it great, especially being a free app. Is the game day, which IMHO is more valuable than the MLB Game Day, which is rather pricey, especially considering that ESPN has a comparable service for free, and Game Day itself is free outside the app. But I digress, as what makes it important is that while you dont need an app to check in on your favorite big league teams game, you do for minor leagues. So theres that. The only thing preventing me from giving it 5 stars is that it doesnt include the DSL and VSL. I understand not having a Game Day for those, but it would be nice to have the teams included for the sake of following the players. And only hardcore followers are going to care about that, or even know that its a thing. So really, Id give it a 4.5, be thats not an option.

Great way to keep up with minor league baseball. Great app.
