Useless without schedule update.
Useless without schedule update.
This would be a 5 star review, but the biggest issue is it doesn’t have granular controls for notifications like the MLB app does. Don’t get me wrong, I love to hear about the games, but getting every update? I don’t have that set on the MLB app. Honestly, until granular controls are introduced, it’s staying off my phone.
This app does NOT obey command to rotate to portrait mode on silicon mac. So it only shows sideways and is unusable.
Just wish it was easier to look up players for stats. Better yet - give us a report each day on favorited players
Infuriating how it will save my password only in certain situations.
Gracias
Great app for tracking all the prospects
This app keeps getting worse. Not only does AirPlay not work, but when I try it and it doesn’t work, I have to reset my Apple TV for other apps to AirPlay. Other than the scores, anything worth doing in the app redirects to a website. Just pointless. If ESPN or Apple Sports carried MiLB scores, this app would be totally unnecessary.
Massive selection of minor league baseball games.
No landscape on iPad
Need to have more than one team’s score show up. Need to see how local teams are doing. ie Bulls & Mudcats
This whole app is dedicated to baseball, really cool stuff
I’ve tried signing up about seven times and when I’m almost done, it redirects to the log in page. I need this for a work outing, but geez
There is apparently no easy way to navigate this app. Trying to find players takes way too long. This could be a very good app, but right now it’s lacking.
Can’t play on tv
AirPlay struggles to connect a lot of times and it makes it difficult to watch the game and switch apps. Google cast would make this a lot easier to start the initial connection which takes several attempts on AirPlay to be successful and then would not cause the video to drop out once the app was switched
This app gives me all the scores on my favorite teams and gives accurate data on the games! Go Aberdeen Ironbirds!
Everything about the app is a challenge, except for the favorite team you select at the beginning. Good luck finding player stats. Nothing is linked to anything else (e.g., on a score, clicking a team does not take you to a team page; clicking a player is equally dead). Why can’t it work just like the MLB app?
When I go to adjust the options on the standings the apply button is not visible in a spot that I can click on it. I love the work you guys have done. This app is so improved from 3 years ago.
It’s pretty straightforward: AirPlay doesn’t work to Apple TV. Other apps have no problem AirPlaying.
This is a fantastic app. I just beg the developers to add docking so I can do other stuff on my phone but still watch the game.
I wrote a review back in 2023 pointing out a laundry list of problems with this app. Since then, a majority of them have been fixed so I have upgraded my review from one star to four stars. A knew, rather important, problem that has started to occur this season is that when I click the audio/listen button from the scores page to bring up the list of teams and go to listen live, Most of the teams don’t play anymore. When you tap the play button it just has an error that this is no longer supported on my app or system version. I’m on iOS 18.3.1 on iPhone and the latest version of the MILB app. I love listening to minor-league games because I can leave the game on when I lock my phone screen and it keeps playing so it doesn’t take up so much battery. Could you please fix this?
Agree that it is a great app overall! The “W” or “L” at the top along with the game score doesn’t match the team that is my favorite (whose page I’m on). I’m not sure if the default is for home and away, but it displays a “W” or “L” that doesn’t match my team’s results.
Can we get more personalized push notifications available to us again? I love getting notifications for my teams but I want to be able to only get final score notifications rather than all scoring changes for each game.
I really just use it to check scores and standings. One feature is broken - when you look at standings the “filter” option claims to allow you to view the whole league (PCL) sorted in one list rather than East/West divisions separately. It choose that option but nothing changes. I want to see the whole league standings, not just each division. Other than that, it works fine.
The app will not stop showing notifications and scores for a team I stopped following last season. I checked to be sure it definitely wasn’t on my list of teams, and it isn’t. This has been a problem for almost a full year now. It’s very annoying. When I search for help with the issue the solution is to remove the team from favorites. Great advice. Too bad it doesn’t work. Plus, the team I do follow - with their name clearing showing at the top of my screen - shows they lost their game today. They scored three runs and their opponents only scored one. This is a loss, how? Please fix the bugs!
Latest update removed the link to watch and listen to games. I have to go to MiLB.com to watch archive games or go to mlb app to watch live.
Horrible Horrible Horrible
Red Wings and Bisons
Please fix the close captions. Why do I constantly have to turn them off when I go into a game?
New year Same RequestsPlease add these functions/ features 1. Landscape support for the app for iPad. 2. Quad screen or at least PIP for games for iPad.
I’ve seen a lot of negative reviews for this app. I don’t think it’s as bad as they sound, but also, a lot of those reviews are from 3-4 years ago. There are things that can be tweaked for sure. Maybe model the app a little closer to the MLB app itself. But my main complaint is that there is no landscape mode on iPad. This is annoying when you are trying to simply navigate the app (get scores, standings, news, etc.), but it makes the app almost completely unusable to watch games on an iPad. Landscape video works fine on iPhone, so where is it on iPad?
So I love this app and makes going to minor league games so much easier but once you select your Minor League teams you want to view in the start you can’t add more and if you want to you have to delete the app entirely and then select all of your old teams and then add your new teams
It’s an ok app but it’s near impossible to look up a team that you don’t follow. Make it easier to go to any teams homepage even if you don’t follow them
Needs a review! Comes up on my iPad sideways and I can’t fix it!
I know minor leagues is low budget, but my goodness can’t we get this app updated?
This app was really good 6-7 years ago but newer updates have made it borderline useless
Unable to find purchased tickets
Great app that lets me watch my Eugene Emeralds! Just wish it supported Chromecast so I could cast the games to my TV.
Great review
It saves me time of course, I still get a thrill out of checking up on what’s happening. And we can talk about the game when she gets home. Love it.
I bought tickets to a Woosox game, set up a new account, followed all directions to access tickets on the app and it was literally impossible to login. The same login credentials work on a web browser and the app refuses to recognize me account and it won’t allow me to reset my password. Trash.
Standing, news screen icon spinning… refreshed, deleted and reinstalled… same issue. Team main screen ok if no Update is attempted
Cant rewind more than 30 seconds. Wont allow pause for more than 10 minutes or it restarts the live game.
Terrible product, doesn’t work, terrible support!
All the good reviews are fake. This app is garbage. I don’t understand how the MLB has a bad app. The main app works great. I can NEVER actually access my tickets to any game I’ve been to on the app. I have to find crazy work arounds to try and print it or finally get it into my Apple wallet after 14 screens. Half the buttons don’t work 99% of the time when I try to open anything in the app. Once you select your teams it’s impossible to find ANY OTHERS. Like serious get this together.
My son & I travel to Minor League games every season & this app makes our trips so much better!
Loving this app its a must have if you like to bet on triple A
The login for My Tickets is a mess. It is inconsistent and half the time asks to change my password. Even though I just changed it. I have face recognition. It still gets hung up. Nerve wracking especially while walking up to the ticket taker.
I love this app, though would like to see better alignment with the MLB app in terms of content and presentation.
